 Al-Quran is the last and the latest divine book. 

This is why, there are some basic rules to do explain the Quran. 

And free minds mean :- those thinkings are free from previous concepts, isms, customs...... 

Al-Quran is not a normal book. 

This is why, there must need to obey the basic rules of tafsirul Quran. 

But, if any person wants to do tafsir / explain the Quran — then must obey the basic rules of tafsirul Quran. 

Otherwise, if any person would like to do tafsirul Quran — then he/she never should cross the basic rules of tafsirul Quran. 

And there is no chance for any person to do tafsirul Quran by crossing the basic rules of tafsirul Quran with the name of free minds. 

In our previous, some Muslim scholars did tafsir by free minds. 

And I think that, they maximumly try to do tafsirul Quran with their own free minds. 

Such as :-

Sayed Abul A'la Maududi (Rah.) — he did tafsirul Quran by his own free mind. 

And some time he noted previous mufassirs's opinion. 

But, most explanations he did by his free mind. 

In his,"Tafhimul Quran". 

He said in the introduction of tafhimul Quran,"To understand the Quran, at first make free your mind from previous ideas about the Quran (short summary from the introduction of tafhimul Quran)."

Moreover, many tafsir of Sayed Maududi (Rah.) criticized by many Muslim scholars for his free minded tafsir. 

Saed Qutub Shahid (Rah.) - he was one of the great Muslim scholars of modern ages, as like as Sayed Abul A'la Maududi (Rah.). 

Saed Qutub (Rah.) did tafsir free minded in "Tafsir fi jilalil Quran" more than Sayed Maududi's tafhimul Quran. 

Even, tafsir of Saed Qutub is more aggressive than Sayed Maududi. 

However, all mufassirs should obey the basic rules of tafsirul Quran — though they want to do tafsir by their own free minds. 

So that, dear mufassirs of the third millennium, you may do tafsirul Quran by your free minds for the welfares of the Islam religion and Muslim nation — but please, never avoid the basic rules of tafsirul Quran. ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman

আল-কুরআনের ব্যাখ্যা করতে হলে আবশ্যিক কিছু নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করতে হয়।

আর মুক্তমন মানে :- অতীতের ধ্যান-ধারণা, সংস্কার বাদ দিয়ে নিজের চিন্তাধারা পরিচালনা করা।

আর আল-কুরআনের ব্যাখ্যা মুক্তমনে করার চেষ্টা করা কোন অধার্মিকতার ব্যাপার না। 

আধুনিক যুগেও কিছু মুফাসসির মুক্তমনে তাফসির করেছেন :-

ক) সায়্যেদ আবুল আ'লা মাওদুদি (রাহ্.) :- ইনি তাঁর "তাফহিমুল কুরআন" গ্রন্থে কুরআনের ব্যাখ্যা মুক্তমনে করার চেষ্টা করেছেন ।

এমনকি, তিনি তাঁর "তাফহিমুল কুরআন" গ্রন্থের ভূমিকাতে বলেছেন,"ক্বোরান বুঝতে হলে কুরআন সম্পর্কিত পূর্ববর্তি সব ধারণা থেকে মনকে মুক্ত করে ক্বোরান অধ্যয়ন করতে হবে (সংক্ষিপ্ত সারমর্ম)।"

তিনি যদিও মুক্তমনে কুরআনের ব্যাখ্যা করেছেন, তবুও তিনি সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করেছেন কুরআনের বিশুদ্ধ ব্যাখ্যা করার জন্য। 

তা সত্ত্বেও তাঁর কিছু তাফসির অন্যান্য আলেম দ্বারা কঠোরভাবে সমালোচিত হয়েছে। 

খ) সাঈদ কুতুব শহিদ (রাহ্.) :- ইনিও আধুনিক যুগের অন্যতম মুসলিম পণ্ডিত ব্যক্তি। 

  তিনিও মুক্তমনে কুরআনের বিশুদ্ধ তাফসির করতে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করেছেন। 

কিন্তু, তিনি কুরআনের কিছু আয়াত আক্রমণাত্মকভাবে করেছেন (এই ব্যাপারে আমি পূর্বে আলোচনা করেছি)। 

* প্রকৃতপক্ষে, কুরআন ব্যাখ্যার মৌলিক নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন যে কোন ব্যক্তি কুরআনের মৌলিক ব্যাখ্যা করতে পারবেন। 

★ তাই তৃতীয় সহস্রাব্দের প্রিয় মুফাসসিরগণ, কুরআন ব্যাখ্যার মৌলিক নীতিমালা বজায় রেখে, মুক্তমনে যতো পারেন কুরআনের ব্যাখ্যা করুন - ইসলাম ও মুসলিম জাতির কল্যাণের লক্ষ্যে।
